As for apples, we are so used to see pears all-year round that we tend to forget that they are in season right now. So I decided to make the best of this gloomy mid-Autumn by roasting some lovely pears with balsamico, vanilla, and coconut sugar and serving them sprinkled with grated lime zest and almonds.

Come per le mele, siamo cosi’ abituate a trovare le pere tutto l’anno che ci dimentichiamo facilmente che sono al loro massimo in questa stagione.
